History!!

In March 2023 I Tyesha Brown hosted an event that I sponsored free of charge, we had alot of fun with friends & family the response was “this was an amazing event keep going and turn it into something even more amazing”. That event hosted 53 ladies consisting of family and close friends. We shared business ideas, played games, networked and also talked about our careers in corporate America, being entrepreneurs, mothers, wives and being survivors of life. Since March is international women's month I continued hosting the event in march.

March of 2024 I hosted my second women empowerment event I titled “Bossy Babes” I opened this event up to the public and made it a ticketed event. That event grew to well over 100 ladies. I came back bigger and better. We moved to a new larger upscale venue. Many ladies expressed to me how sisterhoods were created, how their businesses grew and how they gained so much knowledge just by attending. Following that event my husband Greg Brown said to me “we need to expand this to include men, your women empowerment events are going great” then we decided to open the event up to men as well and call it Bosses & Babes so at that time my husband and I hosted our first event together in June of 2024 we had about 100 guest. The concept of this event was targeted towards successful people from all walks of life weather you were an entrepreneur, worked in corporate America or just a succes of some sort in your community, we gave time to highlight your business and promote your business to our audience. That event went so well we hosted again together November of 2024. Every March typically we hold our women empowerment event which is

Bossy Babes and 1/2 times a year we host Bosses & Babes which is open to men as well. We have also since added a non ticketed free event open to the public where we have a DJ,clowns, face painting,moon bounce, free food and a list of other activities to give back to our supporters at least once a year. Every event we handle business first then we party. I should also mention each ticketed event includes a full all you can eat hot buffet, and promotion of your business if you have a business. Each event has a different theme to keep things fun exciting and interesting. We welcome all new and returning guest. Greg and I sincerely thank everyone who has been coming out to join the fun and what has bloomed into something great.
For 2026 we hold BOSSES & BABES in BLUE and possibly a community event. Ensure you are in the building 4/12/26.
