- **Event Description**: Syracuse Biathlon is kicking off the summer season with a combined clinic/training day along with a short sprint race on Saturday, June 20th at Pratt's Falls Park.  If you've been wanting to give biathlon a try, this is the best opportunity that we offer with a thorough intro to biathlon and extended time to start working on your shooting skills.  For experienced biathletes, you'll be able to get some range time to work on your own.  Everyone is welcome to take part in the short (~4k) sprint format race following the clinic.  Entry fee includes ammo and use of a rifle during the event.  The US Biathlon online rifle safety training must be completed prior to the event - see syracusebiathlon.com for info on this process (https://syracusebiathlon.com/9.html).
