This open-to-the-public workshop is made possible through a grant awarded to HAFFE and is designed to support the people who power fairs, festivals, events, and community organizations across the Heartland.
The You Make THE Difference initiative, created and led by award-winning humanitarian Ian Hill, focuses on strengthening leadership, inspiring volunteer engagement, and building long-term sustainability for community-based organizations. Fairs and rural communities across the Heartland are facing increasing challenges, including volunteer fatigue, leadership transition, and growing expectations with limited resources. This program is designed to address those challenges head-on.
