I am opening a small, private experience (5 women) at my sanctuary, Forest Acres, (beautiful springtime in Western NY) May 8–10.

We’ll cook together using organic, nourishing food that supports:
– energy
– hormone balance
– weight loss
– clear thinking

You’ll spend time with the horses in a way that helps your nervous system actually settle… not just temporarily relax.

And you’ll leave knowing how to continue this when you go home.
