You’ll be guided into gentle, easy-to-do poses—fully supported by a yoga bolster, blanket, and yoga blocks—while soothing sound instruments surround you in calming vibrations. Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, flow chimes, and more will create a peaceful soundscape that helps your body and mind unwind.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Baths work together to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and invite your body into a state of deep rest and relaxation. No yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to relax and be cared for.

This is a beautiful way to take a break from the busyness of life and align with the season’s call to soften, reflect, and replenish. Bring a friend, family member, loved one, or simply yourself to this evening of serenity with sound.

What to bring: Please bring a Yoga mat, a throw blanket, and a yoga bolster.

Provided for you: 2 yoga blocks and an eye mask will be provided for you. If you have your own yoga blocks, you're welcome to bring them.
