During this high-vibration session, we will:

1. Release the Weight:  Use the power of the sound bath to quiet the "mental muddle" and let go of stress, habits, or energies that are holding you back.
2.  Illuminate Your Path: Harness the Full Moon’s energy to gain clarity on your journey and celebrate how far you’ve come.


To anchor your healing into the physical world, we begin with blackout poetry and journaling exercises designed to reveal your inner truth, followed by the deep-dive sound meditation.
