From ancient rituals to modern-day observances, this sacred day invites us to pause, honor the turning of the seasons, and connect with our deepest intentions.

?️ Saturday December 20

Session One | 10:30am – Noon
?‍♀️Vinyasa Yoga. All-levels flow-style yoga set to music, designed to help explore your strong mind/body connection. Hands on instruction and assistance will maximize your experience with this practice.
Savasana – Deep relaxation with essential oils
Warm cider vinegar tonic

Session Two | 4pm – 5:30pm
?? Restorative Yoga. Breathe, stretch and open the body to clear the mind and prepare for breath work and sound bath.

?‍♀️Yoga Nidra – Sally Larkin. Focused breath work to access delta state of deep healing and consciousness.

Sound Bath – Julie Scuderi. Tibetan singing bowl immersion to promote profound relaxation and a deep conscious state.

?️ Community Meal at River and Rye | 5:45pm
Family style meal prepared by Chef Andrew and served in a private dining space.Drinks and gratuity are NOT included.

9am – 10:30am
??Sunday Morning Yoga Practice – All levels session to reawaken the mind, body and spirit and prepare for the slow increase of sunlight moving forward.
Savasana – Deep relaxation with essential oils
