Bay Aging invites you to join our free virtual caregiver support groups. Each month we hold meetings on the 1st Monday at 4:30 pm and 4th Thursday at 2 pm. 

*Please note: 1st Monday schedule change for Sept.*  Due to Labor Day, September's 1st Monday meeting will be held the week prior, on Aug 31.  

You can participate by computer or telephone. If you have not attended before, give us a call at 800-493-0238 to sign up and get the Zoom link and toll-free call-in number (please call for info at least two hours in advance of the meeting you want to attend). 

We also offer individual counseling and in-person support groups – call for more information and to join our caregiver email list.
