Join us as we welcome Shabbat together through heart-opening ritual and song. There will be a songful Kabbalat Shabbat, a D'var Tikkun (words of justice), a beautiful Ma'ariv, and a potluck! Please bring a vegetarian potluck dish to share and label it with all ingredients.
Important COVID-19 Guidelines:
In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, our Kavod guidelines require that all in-person event participants be up-to-date be up-to-date on their COVID vaccinations - this means having gotten all the vaccines and boosters you are currently eligible for. If you are feeling unwell, or know you were exposed to COVID within the past 5 days, please stay home.
All attendees at in-person events are also required to wear a high-filtration mask (either KF94, KN95, or N95.) Kavod will provide extra masks to folks unable to bring their own. Service leaders may unmask while leading services indoors, after taking an antigen test directly before services. We will also use HEPA filters and open windows where possible.
During the potluck, we encourage folks to mask when not eating. There will also be an outdoor, COVID-safer option available for people who are higher risk and/or anyone who would prefer to eat outside.
