• All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

• We will proceed the refund within 30 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 45 business days.
• Event Postponement or Cancellation
• In the unlikely event that the show is canceled by the organizer, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Notification of cancellation or postponement will be communicated via email, SMS, or the official website.
• No Show Policy
• If a ticket holder does not attend the event for any reason, no refund or credit will be provided.
• Technical Issues
• If you face technical difficulties during the ticket booking process (e.g., payment failure, duplicate booking), please contact us immediately.
• Refunds for duplicate charges will be processed upon verification.
• Resale or Unauthorized Transfer
• Tickets once purchased cannot be resold or transferred. Any such attempt may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
