Start-ups are originated from minimalist capital focused on their development and growth they have been struggling to find appropriate talent as they are inept to offer big packages in spite of an unlimited presence of job portals and HR recruitment firms.
The idea is to serve the dual purpose for both Start-up and Student fraternity. The notion is to develop synergy between the potential employees and Start-up ecosystem to solve the challenge of team building and appropriate talent for the start-up venture.
Students are now a day’s aiming at a destination where they are offered challenging work to expose their skills and bring the best out of them and come out of the daily monotonous office work. The Startup fraternity offers them space to be themselves.
The fair will see Start-ups interacting with the students through Speed Interview (Two min Pitch from both students & Start-ups will be followed by Speed Interview).
