Kanchan Kesari Village Resort is hosting the 19th edition of the LAFIESTA New Year Eve Party on December 31, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM. This family-friendly event features a stylish anchor, professional dance music, a dance troupe, singer, magician, lucky draws, gift vouchers, buffet dinner, food court, kids' zone, rides, fireworks, and premium drinks. Comfortable seating with gas heaters will be provided for seniors, and extra chargeable activities and rides will keep children entertained. The event is open exclusively to couples and families, with a requirement of one lady per four males in a group. Tickets are priced at Rs. 1250 for adults and Rs. 400 for children (height between 3 to 4.5 feet). Payments at the venue are accepted in cash only; UPI, wallets, and cards are not accepted. Early purchases may receive discounts. The ticket includes entry to the party venue and the resort, along with a vegetarian Punjabi buffet dinner. Premium drinks, food court items, and other chargeable activities are not included in the ticket price. Attendees are expected to dress in party attire and avoid excessive drinking. Pets are allowed but should be kept away from crowded areas and littering is prohibited. Room accommodations are available at Rs. 3000 plus 12% GST, accommodating up to four persons per room. Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and late checkout is available until 2:00 PM the next day. A buffet breakfast is available the following day at Rs. 400 per adult and Rs. 250 per child, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Online ticket purchases can be made through RazorPay's payment gateway, and both parties will receive a confirmation SMS with a transaction ID. Kid tickets will be available only at the venue in cash. Extra tickets will also be available at the venue in cash. Upon arrival at the resort, kindly show the original SMS and an original ID to collect your tickets. Printouts are not required. Cancellations made by December 28, 2024, will receive an 80% refund after deducting a 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after this date. No-show will also be considered as cancellation. By purchasing the ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions related to this event and the venue. Photographs taken at the event will be used for various advertisement purposes in the future. In case of any casualties or damages, you will not hold the organizer or the resort responsible. No personal bonfires can be provided. Groups without lady members will not be allowed entry nor given any refunds.
