Upland Systems -- Duval County (In-Person)

Explore Florida’s upland ecosystems in Northeast Florida!

Join Jolie Friedrich and Carol Wyninger for this in-person Upland Systems course in Duval County from March 2 – April 6. Through a combination of classroom sessions, field-based learning, and collaborative projects, participants will gain a deeper understanding of Florida’s diverse upland habitats and the species that depend on them.

Field trips and hands-on activities at Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park provide opportunities to apply what you learn alongside experienced instructors and guest speakers.
