The Sacred Pause: Ending the Year with Intention

Come practice an empowering flow of yoga and breathwork designed to help release the weight of 2025 and embrace 2026 with clarity and renewal. Through mindful yoga movement and transformative breathing techniques, we’ll let go of lingering tension and create space for fresh intentions. This sacred pause offers a grounding reset, fostering balance, gratitude, and purpose as you step into the new year with a renewed sense of vitality and alignment.

This workshop will consist of:

45 minutes yoga flow
45 minutes of empowered breathwork
Introspective journaling in preparation for 2026
Please bring a journal for writing exercises that will follow yoga and breathwork.
