This sacred pause offers a grounding reset, fostering balance, gratitude, and purpose as you step into the new year with a renewed sense of vitality and alignment. 

This workshop will consist of:  

45 minutes yoga flow  
45 minutes of empowered breathwork  
Introspective journaling in preparation for 2026
Please bring a journal for writing exercises that will follow yoga and breathwork.
