We’ve heard it again and again from students and yoga teachers in our community: “Can you teach me how to play the harmonium and help me find my voice?”

We’re thrilled to bring this workshop to life to do just that!

We’ve been blessed with so many generous teachers and mentors along our musical path. It is with deep gratitude that we now share with you the mantras, music, and love they have passed on to us.

This is not a music theory intensive, and no prior musical experience is needed. It’s an interactive, intuitive, heart-centered opportunity to:

• Explore the basics of harmonium in a way that’s accessible and inspiring...and fun!

• Learn to play and chant a heartfelt, beginner-friendly mantra

• Play with rhythm in a lighthearted, nonjudgmental environment

• Explore what might be holding you back from your full expression of You.

• Awaken your voice and the build confidence to bring this beautiful practice into your life and share it with others.

If you have a harmonium, bring it along, but don’t worry if you don’t. We’ll have instruments available to share. Come as you are and explore the joy of sound and self-expression.
