Drums, wood percussion, tambourines, bells and shakers provide a safe and creative space for all ages to participate. Find your Connection to the music AND the community creating it with you. Part 2 we will learn to play the gongs, singing bowls and hand chimes to create a beautiful soundscape for meditation and relaxation. One group will play while the other relaxes, then we will switch. So everyone will have a Submersive and hands on experience with every instrument provided.
