Generation W is a nationally recognized thought leadership event designed to ignite curiosity, spark meaningful connections, and foster powerful conversations.

This year, IMPACT invites us to move from inspiration to activation, to transform insight into action and conversation into meaningful outcomes. Together, we’ll explore what it means to make an impact that endures: in our workplaces, our communities, and within ourselves.

The conversations will be PURPOSEFUL and POWERFUL, examining how individuals and organizations can lead with intention, elevate others, and create ripple effects that reach far beyond the room. From advancing equity and innovation to reimagining leadership and collaboration, we’ll uncover what it truly takes to make a difference, in the moments that matter most.

Through workshops, panels, interactive discussions, art, and storytelling, Generation W IMPACT will illuminate how bold ideas become lasting change. We’ll hear from trailblazers who are redefining success through compassion, courage, and community, and learn how to turn our own purpose into action.
