Dash4Diabetes Jacksonville is more than a one-day event—it's the first stop in Florida's newest two-city running tradition.

After crossing the finish line in Jacksonville on Saturday, November 14, continue the journey two weeks later at Dash4Diabetes Tampa on Saturday, November 28, at Al Lopez Park.

Participants who register for and complete both Dash4Diabetes events will receive the exclusive Double Dash Dock—a custom-designed commemorative display created especially for our inaugural two-city series. Designed to showcase your Dash4Diabetes finisher medal, the Double Dash Dock recognizes your accomplishment of completing both races while supporting diabetes prevention in two Florida communities.

Start in Jacksonville. Finish in Tampa. Earn the Double Dash Dock.

Race Day Schedule

7:30 AM – Check-In & Packet Pick-Up

9:15 AM – 10K Double Dash Challenge

9:25 AM – 5K Timed Walk/Run

9:35 AM – FREE Community Access 5K Walk/Run

9:40 AM – FREE Community Fun Run

12:00 PM – Event Concludes
