You are invited to attend the first SDOH Wellness Wednesday event for 2026!

AmeriHealth Caritas NC (ACNC) one of the NC Medicaid Provider plans and the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville have partnered together to present this impactful community event.

The goal of this SDOH (Social Determinates of Health) Wellness Wednesday is to bring together community organizations that support maternal health, wellness, and engage with the community.

This community event is FREE and open to the general public to attend.

It will feature vendors/exhibitors, FREE Pampers, and Wipes (in various sizes while supplies last) and light refreshments.
