Pricing Options: We are offering two arrival dates – Thursday or Friday – at 11:00 am. You will be responsible for Booking Hotel Room (see details below regarding hotel). The price below will include lunch on Friday and Saturday, depending on arrival date.
Hotel: Room type is Two (2) Queen beds. All rooms have coffee maker & small fridge. cable TV and free WiFi. To reserve your room, click on this link: Scrap-n-Roll Event. The room rate is $125.00 per night plus applicable state and local taxes. Reservation must be made with a credit card at the time of booking but will not be billed until the time of stay. Please call (904) 998-4448 to make your reservation. Upgraded rooms are available upon request when calling the hotel. The hotel offers a dining and cocktail bar.
Arrival:
Option 1: Thursday (check-in at 11:00 am) through Sunday $210.00 per person (includes “Snackers Delight” on Friday and Lunch on Saturday)
Option 2: Friday (check-in at 11:00 am) through Sunday $190.00 per person (includes “Snackers Delight” on Friday and Lunch on Saturday)
Cropping space: One person per 5-foot table. You can bring a smaller table (3 ft max) to set next to you.
Tool Table: Stampin’ Up! Die Cutting/Embossing Machine and Big Shot Die Cutting Machine will be available for your use. I ask that you keep these items at the Tool Table for everyone to share.
Deposit Due: $50.00 due at registration to reserve your seat. Invoice Statements will be sent out prior to final payment. Final balance is due 60 days prior to the event. If not paid by the due date, you forfeit your seat at the retreat with no refund. **You will be responsible for cancelling your Hotel Reservation at the hotel**
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Due to the financial obligations made by Scrap-n-Roll when you register (accommodation and meals, among others), refunds are only available 60 days prior to the event apart from the $25.00 cancellation fee. You will be responsible for cancelling your hotel reservations (48 hours prior to arrival date) No refunds after this date.
