Rattlesnake Movements!

In this activity we'll track the real movements of a female eastern diamondback rattlesnake on a protected barrier island across a one year period! We'll use storytelling, a guided activity, and a virtual rattlesnake meet and greet with a biologist to answer important scientific questions about how rattlesnakes use their environment! This activity is recommended for students K-12, but all ages are welcome!

SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED:

-Print a physical copy of PAGE 18 of the activity Rattlesnake Movements from our Educator Resources. You can find that activity here!

-Colored Pencils, crayons, chalk, or markers in different colors.

-Ruler (optional)
