Our chef will take you on a culinary journey of the many regions of Thailand! In this popular class you will learn about the spices and ingredients that make this country’s cuisine one of the most popular in Asia. You will be creating your dinner, so come hungry! Complimentary wine will be available to adults during the cooking experience.

Menu:
Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps – Chicken with water chestnuts, onions, and rich dark sauce
Crispy Thai Egg Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce – Learn how easy it is to make your own egg rolls!
Green Curry with Shrimp – This authentic Thai dish uses coconut milk, green curry, and plenty of shrimp and vegetables
Jasmine Rice for your curry
Red or White Wine
