No experience needed.
She holds sacred space for divine remembrance while guiding souls to reconnect to their gifts, align to their highest timeline, and return to their truth. Each month has a different theme based on the energy of those who are attending as well as the collective at that time.

What you need to know to prepare:

- Come with an open mind

- Dress comfortably in loose clothing, especially near your chest and abdomen

- Refrain from eating for an hour prior

- Avoid alcohol the day of

- Have a journal, water, and anything else that you feel would help you feel comfortable
**RESET® breathwork is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have recently had abdominal surgery, have cardiac issues or severe mental illness.

While the suggested a contribution of $55, we understand that this may not be accessible to everyone. Therefore, we warmly welcome contributions down to $35.
