Learn about the different tracks you may see here at the Dahlem Center, and how different animals survive the winter. We’ll start with a quick introduction in the Dutcher Room to discuss signs of animals we may see in the forest. After the guided hike, the exhibit room and gift shop will be open until 4pm.

Cost: $5 for non-members / free for Dahlem members

What to Bring: Make sure to dress in layers. January in Michigan can be very fickle, and you never know what the weather will be like. Wear shoes fit for walking. The hike may be anywhere from 1/2 mile to 1 1/2 miles depending on what we see and how often we stop.
