Purple Paw 5K

The Purple Paw 5K is sponsored annually by the Jackson High School Interact Club, an extension of the Jackson Rotary Club. Participants may run a 5K or participate in a 1-mile fun run/walk.
Runners/walkers may run with or without a dog, and all proceeds go to Southeast Pets (formerly the Human Society of Southeast Missouri) and to Rotary International. The race is organized by high school students as a service learning project to benefit their community and school.
Register by March 2nd to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
The race will be held on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 at East Elementary School. Onsite registration will begin at 7:30 am with an 8:00 am start.
