Pilates Mixed Apparatus Small Group Workshop with Veronica Guadalupe

Join internationally respected Pilates instructor Veronica Guadalupe for a small group mixed apparatus workshop designed to support strength, alignment, and overall quality of life. This intimate workshop format allows for individualized attention while working on Pilates equipment.

Veronica Guadalupe was certified in the Pilates method by Romana Kryzanowska in 2002. Her approach is deeply informed by her background as a professional contemporary ballet dancer, having performed with the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Santa Fe Opera, Gus Giordano II, River North Chicago, and Luna Negra Dance Theater, where she also served as Rehearsal Director and Associate Artistic Director.

Through her own experiences with injury and recovery, and decades of continued study with master teachers within the Romana’s Pilates lineage, Veronica brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to working with injuries, pain management, and long-term movement goals.

This workshop is ideal for participants seeking high-quality instruction in a supportive, small group setting.
