At Elevate, we’re here to walk alongside you on your recovery journey. Our Peer Support Program, based on the evidence-based WRAP® model developed by the Copeland Center, is designed for individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use, or both.
What makes WRAP® different?

✔ One-on-one sessions or group settings available
✔ Learn to recognize triggers, build coping skills, and create a strong support network
✔ Improve your quality of life, find empowerment, and reach your personal goals
