# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Paddle at Night on Hasmer Lake
- **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 24 Jul, 2026 at 08:00 pm – Fri, 24 Jul, 2026 at 10:00 pm
- **Event Description**: EVENT UPDATE: Paddle at Night at Hasmer Lake ?⚠️CANCELLED!
Jackson Community, due to an unfortunate injury, our event partners at PaddleBreak are unable to provide kayak rental services or support for our event this Friday evening.
Because PaddleBreak operates with a small team, their staff is unable to fulfill the service, and without the glow lighting equipment and kayaks they provide, it is not feasible—or safe—to host a night paddle on the lake, even for participants bringing personal watercraft. As a result, we must cancel this Friday’s (July 24th) Paddle at Night event.
We know so many of you were looking forward to this, and we sincerely apologize for the last-minute change and any inconvenience it causes.
? Looking Ahead: We are actively working with PaddleBreak to explore rescheduling this popular event for this fall! Please stay tuned to our page for updates.
Thank you for your understanding, Jackson! ?
