Zumba is a high-energy workout that blends dance and aerobics, set to upbeat music from around the world! Each session features fun choreography inspired by styles like hip-hop, salsa, merengue, samba, and more. It’s a great way to burn calories, boost your mood, and improve coordination—all while having a blast. Join Michelle for a workout that feels more like a party!
