On Friday, November 6, Jen McQuay is bringing out her bead collection inside the studio at Amity Yoga, and we’re spending the evening making bracelets, eating snacks, listening to music, and catching up.

Sounds like a pretty good Friday to me 💕

You’ll choose your beads and make your own mala bracelet, with Jen there to help. Once we’ve finished creating, she’ll share a little about mala beads and how they can be used, then guide us through a meditation with the bracelets we just made. 🧘‍♀️

Never heard of a mala? You’re in good company. The beads can give you something to return to during meditation, or you can wear your bracelet as a little reminder to pause and take a breath.

Bring the friend you keep saying you need to make plans with. Or come by yourself and spend some time with us. No crafting skills or meditation experience required. We’re not grading your bracelet. 😂
