This month’s session will focus on, Warm Wear from Old Wear. Participants will be transforming worn or used clothing and repurposing them into cold weather pieces. Basic sewing techniques will be covered.

There is a $10 workshop fee to be paid onsite. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own materials and found objects for upcycling. To sign up, email contact.caworkshops@gmail.com. This is one you don’t want to miss! 

Creative Aspirations Workshop (C.A.W.), hosted by local artists Will and Sapphire, offers beginner-friendly classes teaching sustainable and easy ways to create art through the process of upcycling and reusing common objects. Their hope is not only to foster an inclusive community, but also to showcase how affordable art can be, all while doing their best to help the planet! Intended for ages 18+.
