Bridging the Old with the New blends ancient practices with embodied movement to support personal transition and renewal. Participants will be guided through a shamanic journey focused on releasing outdated energies and attachments, followed by a trance stance designed to help integrate intention and welcome new beginnings. This class offers a supportive space for reflection, release, and embodied transformation as we step into the new year.

We will be limiting class size on this specific class to 12 participants.
