This interactive class introduces you to Reiki and foundational energy concepts, making it perfect for those new to energy work. Reiki (pronounced "RAY-key") is a Japanese healing method that promotes balance across all body systems by connecting to the body’s energy field. The term "Reiki" translates to "universal life energy," referring to the vital force that flows through and around all living beings.

For centuries, many cultures have believed in the existence of this life energy, recognizing its influence on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Modern research suggests that this energy extends beyond the physical body, with disruptions in its flow potentially contributing to stress, discomfort, and imbalance. Reiki works to restore harmony by removing energetic blockages, supporting the body's natural ability to heal, and fostering a deep sense of relaxation and overall well-being.

Whether you're looking to begin a personal healing journey or incorporate Reiki into your professional practice, this course provides you with the foundational tools you need. Through a blend of classroom learning and hands-on practice, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of Reiki principles, techniques, and applications while discovering your own potential to facilitate healing for yourself and others.

Glenda keeps class sizes small to ensure personalized attention, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere where you can connect with like-minded individuals.
