🎨 The Art Café
Choose a self-guided creative activity from our art menu.
We provide all materials and simple guidance so you can create at your own pace. (Kids menu available.)

🌿 Mindful Experiences
During each café session, we offer a short, optional mindful experience — which may include gentle movement, sound, or meditation.  Welcoming to all bodies and experience levels.

This is not a traditional class.
It’s a shared creative space where you’re welcome to drop in briefly or stay awhile.
