Cecelia “Cece” Otto is a classically trained singer, composer, historian, recording artist, and international best-selling author. In 2013, she launched An American Songline with a 30-concert vintage music tour along the Lincoln Highway.

This official America250 project was made possible by a grant from the Mississippi Humanities Council, through support from the State of Mississippi.
