This will be the 8th edition of this tasting, which never fails to challenge and surprise people.This blind tasting will feature eight sparkling wines, most made in the same traditional method as Champagne, but from a few places you might not expect to make great sparkling wines. To keep things fair and fun, we'll cover the labels up-front and ask you to rate each as we go and then and only then will we unveil each wine, after you've tasted and scored it. Who do you think will win this year? Champagne or Rest of World?An earlybird wine will reward those who come and help us start on time. ;-) As usual, the wine will be paired with plenty of good food.This tasting, with a full dinner, costs 75 euros.
