Young At Heart Group Run

Looking to meet fellow young(ish) runners in the Ithaca area? Every week we’ll be meeting at Bike Bar on Thursdays at 5:30pm, and setting off at 5:45pm, running in differing pace groups for around 30ish minutes, before returning for a chance to chat in Bike Bar afterwards. Bring your reflective gear and/or headlamps and join us! We are RUNNING WITH THE NIGHT. As a general note, please try to avoid wearing dark clothing for safety!

Whether it’s hot, cold, rainy or dry, just keep checking and adjust accordingly - we’ll still be running (and stopping for a drink/ chat after), no matter what. You can decide with the people in your pace group where you want to go, and how far too. Suggestions include:

Ithaca Falls: ~2 miles
Stewart Park: ~4 miles
Stewart Park (plus golf course): ~5 miles
South Hill Rec Way: ~7 miles
