- **Event Description**: Enjoy outdoor track and field at its best in this extravaganza of running, jumping, and throwing at Ithaca High School (not Lansing or Groton this year!). All ages and abilities are welcome—youth, adults, and elites. Running heats will be seeded by time. We’re excited to include the pole vault this year, which will be hosted by the Tompkins County Pole Vault Club. (Bring your own pole unless you’re already training with the TCPVC.)

We’re estimating the following schedule for 2025, with heats running slow to fast, but things may change. Make sure to listen to announcements and check in with plenty of time.

5000m (1 heat, 9:00-9:30am)
100m (10 heats, 9:30–10:00am)
400m (6 heats, 10:00–10:30am)
100m Hurdles (1 heat, 10:30–10:45am)
110m Hurdles (1 heat, 10:45–11:00am)
1600m (3 heats, 11:00–11:30am)
200m (11 heats, 11:30–12:05pm)
800m (3 heats, 12:05–12:30pm)
4x200m relay (~3 heats, 12:30–1:10pm)

Field events take place throughout the meet

Long Jump/Triple Jump order

Flight 1: 12-and-under
Flight 2: 13-and-up
Triple Jump

Shot Put/Discus order

Shot Put: 9:00–10:30 (or when done)
Discus: 10:30–12:00
