In a Circle of Spiritual connection, Betti Rooted Lionheart takes you on a guided Shamanic Journey to identify and receive healing for a limiting belief that adversely impacts your life, and to experience the life-changing magic of having a lost Soul Part returned to you. You will meet Spirit Guides who help you see your limiting belief for what it is, identify the age at which that limiting belief took root, and find the Soul Part that you lost when that limiting belief took up residence within you. Shamanic Journeying is a skill that anyone can learn! It is about allowing a part of your Spirit to SAFELY travel in the Spirit World to meet with your Spirit Guides for the purposes of receiving guidance, love, energy, healing, and transformative experiences. Betti begins this guided journey with her signature Grounding, Centering, and Shielding Practice that protects you as you travel in the Spirit World. After the journey there will be quiet time to take notes on your experience, followed by optional sharing around the circle or in groups of 2 to 3.
