This event is open to all and all kinds of grief.

Suggested items to Bring:
Water bottle, sacred item for alter (you will take this home with you), journal and pen/cil, quilt/blanket/cushion, drum or rattle (not required), handkerchief, authentic self (come as you are)

Note: Please arrive by 9:45 am. We will begin promptly at 10 am.
