Ellen Baer (sound bowl therapist) will guide you through a morning of total body healing and inner peace.
This session begins with gentle yoga to relax your body and open your mind, followed by the soothing vibrations of sound bowl therapy to deepen your sense of calm and realign your energy.
Afterward, enjoy light, nourishing snacks and connect with other incredible women in a space filled with encouragement, empowerment, and care.
