Dine with the Winemaker- Ravines Wine Cellars

Join us at Taverna Banfi on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 6:30pm for a five-course dinner, perfectly paired foods with ten wines and passionately presented by Ravines Wine Cellars dedicated owners Lisa Hallgren and her husband renowned winemaker and Oenologist Morten.

Morten and Lisa will bring some special wines to the dinner: An aged sparkling brut, a few tank, barrel and cask samples of the new vintage wines to pour alongside the current vintages, an old vintage of Maximilien from their extensive cellar of library wines and a dessert port-style wine. There will be a lot to taste and discuss!
