About the Event
Join Community Science Institute for a collaborative, data-driven workshop where participants explore real water quality data from CSI’s public online database. Working in small teams, attendees will develop their own questions, investigate local water quality trends, and present findings at the end of the session. CSI staff will provide step-by-step guidance throughout.
Who Can Participate
Open to high school and college students, educators, watershed residents, environmental professionals, and community members of all interests. Basic computer comfort is helpful; no prior data experience needed.

Laptop + charging cable
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (free option available)
Any modern web browser
Curiosity about water quality!
Accessibility & Logistics
The Borg Warner Room is ADA accessible. Parking is available at the Green Street Parking Garage, and nearby TCAT bus routes serve the library. No refreshments will be provided.
