As a young practitioner he found yoga to be deeply healing for his emotional & physical state at the time. Even though he practiced Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga for years; he found his true self in the arms of rejuvenating Yin. Yin Yoga became his signature style over the course of teaching for 7 years. He creates slow & safe spaces through the wisdom of the Meridians and the Elements. To him, Yin yoga poses are more than stretching. He carries deep attention for trauma awareness and nervous system regulation in his classes. He used to practice in YogaŞala during 2017-2020 and he taught Hatha & Yin classes between 2021-2023. He moved to Thailand three years ago and lives on an island, directly informed by the nature, shaped by the elements around him and deeply inspired by Buddhism.
