Join us for a special day dedicated to caregivers, co-hosted by Issaquah, Mt. Si, and Sno-Valley Senior Center.

This free retreat features a powerful keynote on Resilience for Caregivers from Dori Gillam, as well as hands-on sessions in art therapy, recreation therapy, meditation techniques, and information on becoming a paid caregiver.

Enjoy a continental breakfast and connect with local exhibitors who specialize in services for older adults. Come recharge, learn, and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.
