In a Reiki Circle, individuals typically sit or lie down while Reiki practitioner(s) move around the group, gently placing hands on or near each person’s body. The circle is a safe space to be interactive. Participants may take turns giving and/or receiving Reiki. You do not have to be a Reiki practitioner to participate as the circle is open to everyone.
