Superior Court judge, who along with co-editors, has published a new book, "Tough Cases", which is comprised of thirteen stories written by trial judges from around the country about their hardest cases. Included in the collection are the Scooter Libby, Elian González, and Terri Schiavo cases. Judge Canan will offer a behind-the-scenes look at how judges make their toughest decisions.
