Theme 2025: Glaciers matter for water, food and livelihoods in mountains and beyond.

The Alpine Club of Pakistan is organizing an Eco Hike at Margalla Trail 5 to commemorate International Mountain Day 2025. The event highlights the importance of protecting mountain environments and raising awareness among youth and communities.
Schedule:
• Reporting Time: 9:30 am
• Ceremony and speeches by the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, and President Alpine Club of Pakistan
• Hike Start: 11:00 am
• Lunch: 3:00 pm
• Certificate Distribution: 3:30 pm
