Each person only needs to complete the form once to cover the decorating season. Release forms will be available at check-in. Minors must have a parent or guardian present to sign a release form on their behalf.Please commit to an entire shift, as partial shifts will disrupt activities in the decorating Pavilion.Volunteers must be at least 13 years old.Volunteers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.For your safety, sturdy shoes with closed toes and heels are required. Crocs, UGGs and sandals are not permitted.Please note that items such as purses, bags, and uncapped water bottles are not allowed inside the decorating Pavilion. If you bring any of these items, you will be asked to leave them in your car.Photos of floats may only be taken before or after the shift starts/ends.Decorating will take place, RAIN OR SHINE.Water and meals will be provided on-site. If you opt to bring your lunch or snack, they must be consumed outside the decorating Pavilion.Do not deface or make any markings on any area of the float.
