Woodland Wakeup is a charity so relies on grant funding and donations to be able to run. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to keep us going!ACTIVITIES & BENEFITSThe session will include some tree planting sessions and activities like fire building, identifying flora and fauna, hammocks and tree-swings, bush-craft / nature art, mindfulness with lots of opportunities for unstructured play and exploring the woods.Participants are encouraged to choose their own adventure: resilience, confidence, self-esteem, independence and many other qualities can be enhanced by this kind of session, so people are more able to thrive and be at peace with themselves in our chaotic and ever-changing world.ASNAll of our sessions are neurodivergent / ASN friendly.
